Below is a list of laws that will take effect in 2025 for employers in New York and New York City.  Employers should review and revise their current policies and practices and update accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 1, 2025: Paid Prenatal Leave Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
