Forework is owned and operated by Ms. Poricanin, a nationally recognized wage and hour legal expert with nearly two decades of experience defending employers against employment claims, class action lawsuits, and labor audits. Through her practice, she realized that many payroll errors leading to legal disputes were caused by faulty systems that perpetuated compliance mistakes. Understanding that labor laws are complex and payroll systems were often set up without legal expertise, Ms. Poricanin created Forework to automate payroll compliance and minimize legal risks. In addition to the payroll software, Forework offers expert legal support to ensure businesses have a strategic partner in managing labor matters.
