Forework’s onboarding module enables employees to onboard themselves entirely virtually. New hires are assigned an employee login and, during orientation, can upload government and employer forms as well as fill out any necessary paperwork. New hires can also watch training videos and select benefits during this process through their online employee portal. Businesses who choose this module will receive all employment forms, customized to their business, from their designated Forework attorney.
