Forework’s onboarding module allows employers to have a completely virtual employee onboarding experience. Required government forms and employer policies are downloaded onto the employers’ account with Forework, and new hires simply log on to complete all the forms.  Training videos and program can also be included in this process.  All forms and policies are attorney-designed and reviewed.

Maintenance of Employee Documentation

Countless laws require employers to disclose to employees any and all policies and procedures, and to obtain an employee sign-off where the employee acknowledges having received the policy.  Human Resources Departments no longer have to worry about “chasing” employees for these signatures.  Forework’s system distributes electronically to employees all workplace policies, and collects their signatures and consents to the same.  Then, the information is stored in the employee’s virtual “personnel file.”

Health Insurance and Employee Benefits

Forework’s open API allows for full integration with dozens of health insurance programs so that employees can select their health insurance and other benefits, and view terms and conditions of those benefits, all in the Forework’ benefits portal. 

Employee Self-Service

Forework’s employee-friendly software allows employees to log into their file and update their address, direct deposit information, tax forms, and any other similar demographic information.  This frees up your Human Resources Department to do all the other labor -related tasks that they have on their plate!

Employee Leave of Absence Tracking and Compliance

For employers who need assistance with any issues regarding employee leaves of absence, Forework is the outsourced employee leave supervisor. Forework’s experts help employers identify whether and when to provide family and medical leave or disability-related leaves of absence, and Forework ensures that employers follow all the laws and procedural requirements of providing such leaves to their employees. Forework will track the absence and help guide employers concerning reinstatement of employees on leave.

Family and Medical Leave Act Compliance

Forework can serve as a company’s FMLA manager, by interacting directly with employees who need leave, overseeing the medical certification process for FMLA, filing any necessary paperwork for State paid family leave programs, interacting with employees who are returning to work from FMLA, and tracking the dates of leave.
